C|G provided financial projections on this $39M development project during the post construction sales cycle. These reports focused on the timeline of sales, debt payoff, and profit projections for the ownership group. In addition, C|G worked closely with the city and bank to refinance the TIF loan on the property after construction completion.
One University Place
Located in the University Heights neighborhood of Iowa City, Iowa, this new construction project provides 104 luxury condos just four blocks from Kinnick Stadium and the University of Iowa. The project was developed by Blackbird Investments and was completed in two phases. The south building includes 24 condos, underground parking, and 15,000 square feet of boutique retail and commercial space. The north building includes 80 condos with underground parking. The development features state of the art amenities and is LEED-certified.
