C|G’s Role
C|G was instrumental in organizing pre-development costs for equity credit as well as managing the capital stack through closing on construction financing. Currently, C|G is responsible for loan draw requests, reconciling lien waivers from sub contractors, managing the development budget, coordinating with the bookkeeper on all payments, financial statement reviews, and communication with investors and lenders.
Lotus Lofts
This $23.7M multi-family project consists of 74 residential units and sits at the foot of the iconic Ben Franklin Bridge in the historic City of Philadelphia. Currently under construction, this project by Lily Development is located in Old City and brings a focus to personal wellness, healthy housing, and a strong sense of community. Designed with nature in mind, it will include communal spaces and technology to foster community engagement and connection.
